Return & Refund Policy – Parizat Jaipur

At Parizat Jaipur, we strive to ensure that every product you receive meets our quality standards and your expectations. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with a smooth and transparent return process.

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Items that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or washing will not be eligible for return.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number, product details, and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the return procedure. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Please note that certain items such as customized products, discounted items, or special sale purchases may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly share clear photos or videos of the issue along with your order details. Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund as per your preference and availability.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original method of payment.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.

Exchange Policy

We currently offer exchanges subject to stock availability. If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or design, please mention it while initiating the return request. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable. In case of returns due to reasons other than product defects or errors from our side, return shipping costs may be borne by the customer.
